Paige Siemers
Counselor-in-Training | M.S. Clinical Mental Health Counseling
Hi, I'm Paige — a wife, mom, retired teacher, and counselor-in-training, entering this second chapter of my professional life with a heart for serving others, shaped by years of volunteer work and a passion for helping people move forward when life feels overwhelming.
I've spent over 25 years working with teenagers, families, and individuals as an educator and volunteer, and I now bring that real-life experience into the counseling space alongside my professional training. I've walked through divorce and raising a child with a disability, which gives me a deep understanding of how heavy life can feel. I also have a heart for supporting those who feel overlooked or stretched too thin — including individuals navigating life transitions and families raising teenagers.
I believe counseling works best when people feel emotionally safe, genuinely heard, and supported without judgment. My approach is person-centered at the core, integrating cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused techniques to meet clients where they are while also giving them practical tools for real life. My work is trauma-informed and grounded in empathy, collaboration, and meaningful support. I value helping clients develop deeper self-understanding alongside the coping strategies and confidence they need to create lasting change.
